2. Market your own HDB Property a) Sell to Direct Buyer: We assist and act for both Diy sellers and direct buyers in all Documentation and/ or HDB Registration & Appointments.
b) Sell to Buyer served by other Agents: We act on your behalf and represent your interests in the deal. We do the Documentation and HDB Registration & Appointments for you together with buyer's agent. We can also assist in the negotiation if required (similiar to a co-broke situation where you need not pay the other agent).
